The lounge is extremely spacious allowing Guests to be private or sociable depending on their wishes. The room which adjoins the Dining Hall shares the same granite tiled floor with underfloor heating which produces a gentle background heat at all times yet the room remains cool in the summer heat.
Music is available, however as all bedrooms have televisions one isn't normally in use in the lounge. Guests have a choice of three sofas or three individual arm chairs. In warmer times of the year guests can also use the covered veranda.
